Lacy Java Fern (Microsorum pteropus Windelov) this aquatic plant was cultivated from and shares many characteristics with the original Java Fern plant

Guppies for sale online

A very fast-growing and low-maintenance plant that can thrive in almost any aquarium. Instead of the flat and straight leaves of the regular Java Fern, this plant features intricate, lace-like leaves.

This aquatic plant was developed from the wild Java Fern and thus shares many of its characteristics with the original Java Fern. It is also known as the Java Fern Windelov, the Java Fern Lace, the Windelov Fern, and the Lace Fern. The leaves of the lace fern are more intricate and lacy than those of the Java fern, which are more simple and flat. It's just as impressive as the Java Fern in terms of size, density, and low maintenance needs. Even in dimly lit aquariums, the Java fern will flourish, and its aggressive growth rate means it will do a great job of cleaning the water.

This plant is sent in two bunches, each with leaves that can grow to be 6–8 inches in height. As a whole, it can be planted under your substrate, or you can break it up into smaller pieces to disperse the plant to other areas or even different aquariums. One of our own aquariums features a mat of Java ferns exactly the same size as the ones we send to customers. Because we don't use plastic packaging and instead keep our plants in water, you can rest assured that your plant will arrive in perfect condition.
