Blue Green Moscow Guppies were first acquired in 2006 and originated in Moscow Russia. And this strain is known to get very large and is consistently fertile.

As they age black etching on their scales becomes apparent in addition to bluish green accents of color. One recognize characteristic is their slightly balloon shape dorsal which is very attractive with a ratio of about 2 1/2 to 1. Blue Green Moscow Guppies are known to have won Best of Show at many IFGA shows.
